READ A CHAPTER A DAY (Fall 2026 Sermon Series)
10 New Testament Letters to Shape My Heart

Week 2: Galatians & Ephesians (Galatians 5:1–2; Ephesians 2:14–18)

This week in our Read a Chapter a Day journey, we have been reading Galatians and Ephesians. These two letters help us understand both what Jesus has done for us and how that salvation begins to shape the way we live.

Galatians reminds us that salvation is complete in Jesus Christ. Prayer, worship, generosity, and Bible reading are not conditions for receiving His grace; they are our response to the grace we have already received.

Ephesians takes us one step further. The new life Jesus gives us is not meant to be lived alone. Christ “is our peace,” breaking down the walls that separate us and bringing different people together as one body. This is why relationships within the church matter. The church is a place where we practice relationships; learning humility, patience, forgiveness, and how to bear with one another in love.

We are saved by faith in Jesus, and from that salvation, a new life begins. As we open God’s Word each day, we draw closer to Christ. And as we draw closer to Him, His Word shapes our hearts and teaches us how to live in peace with one another.

Today is the day! KidZone Wednesday and reNEW Youth Groups resume today!

KidZone Wednesdays
Ages 4 through 6th Grade
5:30–7:00 PM
Meal included

Check-in is at the Fellowship Hall West entrance (parking lot side). At 7:00 PM, parents must pick up their children inside the Church Narthex using the East Doors.

Please do not drop children off before 5:20 PM.

reNEW Youth Group
7th–12th Grades
5:30–7:00 PM
Meal included

reNEW Youth will meet in Fellowship Hall.
